Very often, we hear of client experiencing particles or product sticking to the silo or hopper sidewall.

The downtime required to clean areas that are challenging in terms of space constraints can be reduced drastically with the usage of Ultrasonic molecular sidewall agitation.

Conventional methods such as using the pneumatic air knocker introduces noise pollution and is destructive towards the mechanical structure of the vessel, damaging the side wall in the long run. These issues are non-existent when Ultrasonic agitation is being introduced.
